How it all began...

As someone who experienced single motherhood, I know better than anyone how life can pull you in a million directions at once. Between work, kids, and everything in between, finding time for myself — especially to work out — often felt impossible. I've lived through the exhaustion, the guilt, and the overwhelming feeling that there’s just no room left for one more thing. Now, I approach fitness not as a luxury, but as a lifeline — a daily reminder that I deserve to feel strong, energized, and capable. It’s not about perfection or spending hours in the gym; it’s about making small, consistent choices that honor my body and mind. I know the struggle, but I also know the reward: showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard, is one of the greatest gifts you can give — not just to you, but to everyone counting on you too.
